Festive Returns Policy In-store:


We hope you love your purchase!


However if you change your mind we will offer you an exchange or refund up until Sunday 11th January. This applies to purchases made from 3rd December onwards.


Your purchase must be returned in the original packaging, in perfect condition and accompanied by a valid SMS or email receipt.


All refunds will be processed via the original payment method.


Due to hygiene reasons, we can not accept refunds or exchanges on earrings or socks, unless they are faulty.

If you are local and have placed an order online (click and collect or shipped) you can bring the item in store for a refund/exchange.
