Returns Policy

I really hope you love your order but if you're not 100% satisfied then please notify me as soon as possible!

I will offer a full refund or exchange on your item/s as long as they are in a saleable condition and in their original packaging.

Please note, due to hygiene reasons, earrings are non returnable. However if they are faulty then please do contact me.

You must return your unwanted item/s to me within 21 days of delivery.

You are responsible for the return postage costs.

You are responsible for loss in value if an item isn’t returned in original condition.
