Delivery Policy

Order processing:

Please allow 1-3 working days for your order to be dispatched. I process my orders from my Handmadebyhollyuk & Friends shop and I am closed on Monday's and Tuesday's so any orders placed on these days will be packaged and dispatched Wednesday onwards.

Postage:

All postage orders will be dispatched via Royal Mail. For Tracked 48 services, delivery usually takes up to 2 working days but please be patient if it takes a little longer to arrive, especially during busy periods such as Bank Holidays and the festive season.

If your order hasn't arrived after 10 working days from the date of dispatch then please contact me via handmadebyhollyukandfriends@gmail.com and we will work together to resolve the issue.

Free In-Store Pickup:

If you are local to Worthing and you wish to pick up your order, you can do so from my shop, Handmadebyhollyuk & Friends!
