Delivery Policy

Order processing:

Please allow 1-3 working days for your order to be dispatched. I process my orders from my Handmadebyhollyuk & Friends shop and I am closed on Monday's and Tuesday's so any orders placed on these days will be packaged and dispatched Wednesday onwards.

Postage:

All postage orders will be dispatched via Royal Mail 1st Class. Delivery usually takes between 1-2 working days but please be patient if it takes a little longer to arrive!

If your order hasn't arrived after 10 working days from the date of dispatch then please contact me via handmadebyhollyukandfriends@gmail.com and we will work together to resolve the issue.

Store Pickup:

If you are local to Worthing and you wish to pick up your order, you can do so from my shop, Handmadebyhollyuk & Friends!
