Are you a local maker or small business who hosts creative workshops? Are you looking for a new venue to host them in? At Handmadebyhollyuk & Friends you can hire out space within the shop floor for between 4 - 8 attendees at an affordable rate and dates and times that work for you! 

- We also support your events with refreshments, online promotion and a friendly, creative atmosphere.  

Workshop Space Hire Info:

Hire Price: £20 per hour (pro rata).

Minimum Booking: 2 hours - this must include your setup and clean-up time.

Example: For a 2-hour workshop with 15 minutes setup and 15 minutes clean-up, total hire time = 2.5 hours (£50).

Capacity & Facilities:

Capacity: 4 to 8 adults

Furniture: 2 tables, 4 benches, 1 bar stool, till/counter

Extras: Speakers, refreshments, online promotion

Adults-only: No workshops for children (18+ only)

Accessibility: Not wheelchair accessible. You must include this in all marketing.

Insurance Required: Public Liability Insurance (PLI) must be provided before confirmation.

Cancellations: Please give at least 72 hours’ notice for cancellations. Refunds for late cancellations are not guaranteed but may be considered case-by-case.

Respect for the space: Please leave the space clean and tidy. Damage to the space or equipment may result in additional charges

Ventilation Notice: Please note the space does not have ventilation or extractor fans. If your workshop involves materials that produce fumes, strong odours, or require fresh airflow (e.g. resin, spray paint, soldering), it may not be suitable for this venue. If unsure, please ask before completing this form.
